Whether your degree (if you have one) is from a top school, and whether it's Engineering or Liberal Arts matters less. Our approach to hiring isn't simplistic or standard. Instead, we look for candidates who have been very successful in their previous jobs by applying their skills, intellect and knowledge to get the job done, and done right the first time. if you're a recent graduate, that's fine too.
