DigitalCompass’s web-based PBX Manager places all the power of the phone system at your fingertips. The DigitalCompass PBX Manager allows quick and easy changes to your phone system. If you don't want to call one of our technicians, you can do it yourself. DigitalCompass PBX Manager comes free with your system. View selected screenshots. Screenshots You'll have access to PBX Manager when you log into your online account. You can view your users, devices, extensions, voicemail boxes, ring groups and a bunch of other settings.
You can add, edit, disable, and enable options in your phone system
with a few clicks. Clicking on the extension will bring up a list of the selected items.
Drill-down to see various alternatives including voicemail-to-email,
assigned devices and extensions, and caller-id. We'll always be there to help you out, or flat out
do it for you.
You can also view and track your company's call usage statistics using our Call Center Statistics feature.
Using our Flash Operator Panel, you have a visual of any user currently connected and using the phone system. You can listen to any extension voicemail, transfer calls, and listen and whisper to conversations in real time.
